Ordering
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. For shipments to the Egypt & Middle east, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days via UPS Ground after fulfillment. For shipments to the Usa & Europe, 5-7 business days. For shipments to Canada,7-10 days depending on customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
Order status can be tracked using Check Order Status or by referring to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact Customer Service within 15 minutes of placing the order during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EDT. We try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, so in some rare instances, we may be able to stop the order before fulfillment and cancel. If an order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order. Once the order is received, please return the order per the Return Policy.
How do I exchange an item purchased online?
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please return the original purchase according to our Return Policy and place a new order.
What payment methods are accepted?

Why are my payments not going through?
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes. Our shipping carrier UPS will make a rst attempt, then redirect the package to the nearest UPS Access Point if the rst attempt was unsuccessful. Please visit UPS.com for more information on UPS Access Points.*International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees that may apply and for which the recipient of the shipment will be responsible. Please be advised that, effective March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. For this reason, Cloud9linens has removed all expedited shipping methods from our website until further notice. With regards to processing and lead times, we are currently shipping orders as normal, with increased employee safety measures in place..

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items being purchased, the destination, and the shipping method. Do you offer free shipping?
Cloud9linens.com may offer free shipping on orders based on order amount for specific periods of time. If your order is eligible for free shipping at the time of checkout, once you proceed to checkout and enter the full shipping address, the actual shipping cost will appear for the order and the shipping discount will show the deduction of the actual shipping cost in the Order Summary on the top right of the page. If there is no shipping discount shown in the Order Summary, your order may not be eligible for free shipping.Please note free shipping offers are typically applicable only to shipments within the U.S. and Egypt via UPS Ground or Custom orders exceeding $ 5000.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds for returns are generally processed within 20 days from the date the returning items are received. Once processed, the funds may appear in your account within 2-5 business days depending on the bank. See our Returns Policy for more details.
